At One IT Store, we want you to have a hassle-free shopping experience. Customer satisfaction is our priority. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation. Some items, such as digital products and customized items are non-returnable.  You can return most items within 7 business days from the date of delivery.
 
To initiate an Escalation, simply log into your account, go to your Profile, there will be an option as Support Ticket, briefly explain the issue along with the order ID and serials. System will automatically generate RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number for the reference and our team will get back to you within 24 hours with possible solution and all the information about the return policy.
 
Please note: the return shipping will be free and the customer don’t have to Pay anything for the return shipment to the Company or to the Courier.
 
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 10-15 business days, which will be credited to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
 
For exchanges, we recommend returning the original item following the return process and placing a new order for the preferred item. If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs; otherwise, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
