Delivery timeframes listed on product pages apply exclusively to Dubai, and users in other regions must consult with our support team for accurate logistics estimates. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon dispatch, and One IT Store cannot be held liable for courier delays, customs interventions, or events beyond our control. Returns are accepted within seven working days of delivery for qualifying items that remain unused, sealed, and in original condition; digital goods and custom configurations are exempt. Approved refunds will be processed after product inspection and may take up to 15 business days depending on payment processors. Warranty claims must be directed to the original manufacturer if issues arise beyond our standard return window.
